The overall score is an AI verdict on how effectively your page converts visitors — not a mathematical average of the four pillar scores. UX and messaging carry the most weight, because technical excellence doesn't compensate for UX friction. A fast, accessible, SEO-perfect page can still score in the 50s if the messaging is weak or the hierarchy is confusing. The four pillars (Performance, Accessibility, SEO, UX & Content) give you the detail behind the verdict; the overall score tells you where the page stands as a conversion experience. See /learn/ux-score for the full scoring methodology.
Scores shift when your site changes, when third-party content (ads, scripts, embeds) behaves differently, or when the audit captures a slightly different page state. Real-user performance data from Google also updates over time. Check the Findings tab to see which pillar moved and why.
A finding is a specific, observed issue on your site — something Kweri detected during the audit. A recommendation is the suggested fix. Each finding links to a named UX principle from the Kweri Canon so you understand why it matters, not just what's wrong.
Open the finding in your Findings view and set its status to "Resolved." Re-auditing the same page will then confirm whether the issue is gone — if it reappears in the next audit, it moves back to open automatically.
Each re-audit uses one credit from your monthly allowance and runs the full audit pipeline against your page. You can re-audit any tracked page as many times as you have allowance remaining. Re-audits appear in your page history so you can track improvement over time.
The most common causes are: the page was unreachable (check the URL and that the site is live), a bot-protection tool blocked the crawler (common with Cloudflare), or the page timed out because it loads unusually slowly. A re-run usually completes — if it keeps failing, contact us below.
Subscriptions renew monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date, and you'll receive a receipt by email after each payment. Any unused audit grants carry forward for 60 days, so you never lose audits you've already paid for.
Go to Account → Manage subscription and follow the cancellation steps. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and any remaining audit grants stay available for their 60-day window.
Check your spam or junk folder first — some clients filter automated login emails. If it's not there, request a new link (magic links expire after 10 minutes). If you still can't get in, contact us below and we'll sort it.
Your audit history, scores, and findings are retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, all data is deleted within 30 days. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
